Themis privacy policy

What we collect

Themis stores the email address you sign up with, the profile name and photo you choose, and the case content you create: briefs, notes, journal entries, checklists, document records and lawyer contacts. It is stored on Cloudflare, and each row is readable only by your account.

Who else sees anything

If you sign in with Apple or Google, they know you signed in to Themis. If you search case law on iPhone, your search words go to a small search service that asks CanLII. Nothing else leaves your account.

What we don't do

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and we never sell your data.

Data deletion

Delete your account from within the app, or email trommatic@icloud.com to have your account and all associated data removed.
